Do You Ship To My State?

We ship to all 50 States. However, extra shipping charges apply for all Hawaii and Alaska deliveries. Email us with the products you’d like and we’ll give you a quote if shipping to those two States.

What Currency Is Your Site?

Everything on our site is in USD.

Is Shipping Free?

We offer Free Shipping to all orders $100 or more. All other orders have a $25 flat shipping rate. However, Hawaii and Alaska will have extra shipping charges applied.  If you would like a quote shipping to HI/AK or an expedited option, please email us.  Because of the long length of our exhaust boxes, shipping can be expensive.

Can you Ship to my PO Box?  Or APO/FPO?

We ship with Fedex, so we do need a physical address to ship your product to.  If you enter a PO or APO/FPO address your order will be placed on hold until you contact us with a physical address to ship to.

How & When Will My Product Be Shipped To Me?

  • Tuners: Orders will be shipped by Fedex economy air, with the exception of Raceme Ultra which ship Fedex ground. Processing your order takes 1-4 business days. Shipping will take 2-4 business additional business days. This means your order should arrive at your door within 4-8 business days*. Tracking will be emailed after your order has been shipped. 
  • Exhausts & Cooler Kits: Orders are shipped via Fedex Truck Freight from one of our warehouses to the Fedex distribution center in Burlington, WA. Processing takes 1-4 business days. Freight volume, as well as demand for exhaust, is at an unprecedented high.  We cannot control the speed of freight or Fedex.  We do try to have your item delivered in to your door in 2 weeks, but at times it can take 3-8 weeks.  Please take that lead time into consideration when placing your order and contact us if you have any questions. Tracking will be emailed to you after your order has shipped, but it will not update online until your item has been unloaded from the truck and scanned into the Fedex courier system.

I Bought A Tuning System From You, Where Can I Get Tech Support?

If you purchased a GDP tuning system, they have online tech support . If you purchased a RaceMe, BDX or Mini Maxx contact us for tech support.

The picture doesn’t exactly match what I thought I was ordering?

Please make sure you read the title and description of the item you are buying to make sure it works for you – if in doubt, please email us prior and we’ll make sure you are getting the right product for your truck.  The images on our site are supplied from the manufacturers of our products, but occassionally due to manufacturing changes it may be slightly different than the picture.  Due to the nature of the products we sell, often logos on boxes or parts have been eliminated.

Will the exhaust kit fit my crew cab or long bed?

Our downpipe or turboback exhaust kits come with extension pieces to fit all cab/bed configurations.  You can verify the fitment by taking a look at the tech data here:   Tech Data

I Ordered The Wrong Part, Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the nature of the items we sell, all sales are final.   With management authorization, we may be able to accept returns of products in New & Re-saleable condition. This means if you ordered the wrong part & it is still in original packaging, we will accept this return within 30 days of purchase.  We do not offer cash returns – return will be store credit.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees:

  1. If your order qualified for free shipping, you will be refunded your purchase price minus our cost to ship the product to you.
  2. If you paid for shipping, that is not refunded.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. We do not accept returns on tuners – exchange for another tuner ONLY if the product was incompatible with your vehicle/not used

We DO NOT accept any returns on items that have been installed.

Restocking / reboxing fee of up to 25% may apply to your return.

We resolve all issues and returns.  Please have patience if you are waiting for us to get back to you.  If you file a chargeback with your credit card, any and all fees will be deducted from your refund.

I Need to Cancel/Change My Order

We get our orders into processing quite quickly, so we often cannot cancel or change before we ship.  If we do manage to cancel or change your order before it ships, a $15 processing fee will apply – either deducted from your refund or added on to your order for a change.

If you cancel your order while in transit/refuse the shipment, the cost of shipping to you, as well as the return shipping costs to us, will be deducted from your refund amount.
